Position Overview:
As a Corporate Image Officer, you will be at the forefront of managing and enhancing the corporate image and reputation of our organization in the dynamic world of manufacturing. Your role will encompass various responsibilities, including brand management, media relations, crisis communication, stakeholder engagement, and visual identity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand and Reputation Management: Craft strategies to maintain and elevate our corporate image.
- Media Relations: Cultivate relationships with media outlets and handle media inquiries.
- Crisis Communication: Develop and implement crisis communication plans effectively.
- Internal Communication: Keep our team informed and engaged through various channels.
- CSR Alignment: Align our corporate image with our CSR initiatives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Manage relationships with key stakeholders.
- Event Management: Plan corporate events to enhance visibility and reputation.
- Brand Visual Identity: Maintain consistent visual branding.
- Graphic Design: Create compelling visuals for marketing campaigns.
- Photography and Videography: Coordinate photoshoots and video production.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to create engaging visuals.
- Digital and Print Media: Design graphics for online and offline media.
- Market Research: Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and web development teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in corporate image management and communications.
- Strong understanding of media relations and crisis communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Crisis communication experience is a plus.
