Position Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Head of HR to drive the development and execution of HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with our manufacturing company’s objectives. Principal Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership: Develop forward-thinking HR strategies supporting company growth.
Talent Acquisition: Oversee recruitment and onboarding to attract and retain top talent.
Employee Relations: Cultivate a positive work environment and ensure compliance with employment laws.
Performance Management: Implement evaluation systems and career development initiatives.
Compensation and Benefits: Administer competitive compensation and benefits programs.
Training and Development: Promote continuous learning opportunities.
HR Policies and Compliance: Establish, communicate, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity initiatives for an inclusive workplace.
HR Metrics: Analyze HR data to inform decision-making.
Employee Engagement: Lead initiatives to improve engagement and retention.
Conflict Resolution: Mediate and resolve employee conflicts constructively.
HR Technology: Evaluate and implement HR tech solutions.
Budget Management: Effectively manage the HR department budget.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of progressive HR leadership experience.
Extensive knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
Strong strategic and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven track record in HR program development.
HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
